ABOUT

At school, I wanted to be an artist. I was advised to “follow a career that will pay you more”!  So I have worked in marketing, specialising in food, drink and hospitality for over 25 years.  In that time I’ve held roles as Marketing Director with Greene King, Zizzi and Cote Brasserie. Recently, I was inspired to pick up the brushes again and dedicate more time to painting, whilst still being a brand and marketing consultant by day.  I’d love to develop my work by studying for a Masters in Fine Art in the near future.  In the mean time, I am enjoying observing the world around me and capturing the thoughts and feelings it gives me on canvas.  I love to express my feelings in the form of abstract, acrylic paintings, nearly always created with pallet knives and lots of colour!
